INFORMATION FOR RUGBY STORE CUSTOMERS
Unfortunately due to more of our staff having to isolate, and the importance of staff and customer safety being our highest priority, we will be unable to reopen our Rugby store as planned on Monday 9th of August 2021, Please Note – It is only our shop that will temporarily remain closed but WILL reopen on Monday 16th August 2021, where we will resume normal working hours.
In the meantime, we will however still be hard at work fulfilling your phone, online, local delivery and national orders from our warehouse. Monday 9th August – Saturday 14th August, all orders placed will be processed from our warehouse, as we have done previously when our shop was closed during the lockdowns of 2020. We will be operating our warehouse with reduced staff.
All Local deliveries will still be delivered in and around Rugby for orders placed online or over the phone, national orders will still be shipped as normal, Alongside this, we will still be offering our Click & Collect option for customers that would like to collect their order from our Warehouse (This address is shown in the Click & Collect option) – In case you don’t know where to collect from, the address is below:

Click & Collect orders can be collected Between the hours of 8am – 4pm Monday – Friday & 8am – 12pm Saturday.
