*Orders must be placed before 11am and collected before 12 noon. Orders placed after this time, can be collected on the following working day.

Nationwide Deliveries

Based on current industrial action at Royal Mail, orders for delivery before Christmas should be placed by 3pm Monday 19th December (When selecting Tracked 24) or 3pm Wednesday 21st December (When selecting Special Delivery Guaranteed).

IMPORTANT NOTE: We continue to process orders and send mail as normal until Christmas Eve, if the current dispute between workers and Royal Mail is resolved, there may be a possibility your order is delivered before Christmas when ordering after these dates, although there is NO guarantee.   

Local Deliveries (Rugby & Surrounding Area Only)

Orders for same day delivery on December 24th must be placed by 11.00am

During Christmas and New Year

Our warehouse will be closed between 25th December – 27th December and 1st & 2nd January. Orders placed during these times will be dispatched on our next working day.
